The Problem The Solution Who We Are Who We're For Get in Touch →

Service Was Never
a Strategy.
It Was Just Home.

I come from a family of civil servants.

My dad was a firefighter. My mom spent her career as an Educational Assistant. My sister is a teacher.

Service wasn't framed as a virtue in our house. It was just what you did. You showed up. You did the work properly. And you put the person in front of you first.

That shaped everything that followed.

I studied Human Resources at Toronto Metropolitan University and moved into sales — not because I wanted to "sell," but because I was told it was the most important skill to develop.

You sell yourself in interviews.
You sell ideas in rooms that matter.
You even sell your kids on eating their vegetables.

Sales, at its best, is communication. One of the most valuable skills to develop and one of the most complex.

Along the way, I learned how to read a room and recognize the difference between environments built on integrity and ones that weren't. I moved through enterprise sales and financial services. Every role taught me something, good and bad. Leaders to emulate and people to avoid.

At a certain point, I realized I was building a career I thought I should have... not one that reflected who I actually was.

So I stepped back.

I enrolled in fire college like my dad. I got licensed in real estate at the same time (also like my dad). I finished top of my fire class in 2019. Then the world shut down in 2020.

I had to decide: go all-in on real estate, or not at all.

The years that followed clarified everything.

The boom showed me what this industry looks like when incentives align.
The correction showed me what it looks like when they don't — and how quickly volume-driven practice fails the people it's supposed to serve.

That's when something clicked.

Doing real estate well is a different discipline than simply doing real estate.

It requires legal fluency. Strategic thinking. Emotional intelligence. A long enough time horizon to care about what happens years after the deal closes.

And a lot of humility.

I've made plenty of mistakes. And I'll make plenty more.

But I've learned to surround myself with people who are better than me in their domains — experienced agents, lenders, lawyers, builders, marketers, designers, tech professionals. By leaning into expertise instead of pretending to have all the answers, I've made fewer mistakes and better decisions that benefit both myself and my clients.

That philosophy shaped everything.

Who you partner with on your real estate journey matters. Not because they have the flashiest marketing, but because they understand incentives, risk, and consequences.

That's why I wanted to create educational and entertaining content... as a resource people can access before committing to one of the most impactful decisions of their lives.

RAZZ grew out of that same belief.

The work is people-first. Education-driven. Structured around long-term thinking over short-term gain.

I use modern tools and technology to sharpen research and improve clarity — but I don't outsource judgment to software. Housing decisions are contextual, emotional, and human.

They always will be.

And whether we work together or not, my goal is the same:

To provide people with the resources they need to make a more informed real estate decision.
